Input and output are the essential parts of technology field. Those input devices and output devices are being parts of our normal life nowadays. We use keyboard to enter data and all kinds of information on computers and internet. Whenever we travel around, camera records the happiness and the beautiful view we see. On the web, we can view and print news, articles, and email messages. We can also download our favorite songs and video online. Input and output make our life more convenient and colorful.
For my coupon company, the basic equiments are all kinds of input and output devices. With input devices, I can record my clients information and business process on my computer. Specifically for my coupon company, I will provide my customers more convenient way to get their coupon. Instead of the paper coupon which may be easy to be forgot or lost, I will create every piece of coupon information as QR code. So my customers can just download the QR code from my company website and carry it to any store for shopping. This also will be part of my strategy to attract more customers
As we can see, the input and output technology help us to do so many things in our daily life. Everyone cannot live with out these two. My company will use them as the basic equipments to make our best to serve more custormers.

Week4_Privacy
When we are runing our business, one of the most important principle is to respect our clients and keep their information safely. Building trust between clients and us is the foundation of a company. Thus, learning how to protect clients' information and their privacy from being stole is a significant class for my company.
As an information-based company, we collected all kinds of useful, trusted, and updated coupon for our customers. Meanwhile, customers might will provides us his/her personal information to us, for example mailling address, credit card information, and so on. To protect our customers' privacy, we will record and encrypt the documents by our technical employee. In order to protect these documents from hacking by the identity theft, we will exam our system twice a month and clean the computer system.
To be a trusted company is our basic and most important goal. We will try our best to make sure the safety of our customers' privacy.

Week3_Spreadsheet Essentials
A spreadsheet (or spreadsheet program) is software that permits numerical data to be used and to perform automatic calculations on numbers contained in a table. The spreadsheet is a multi-use tool that works as well for secretarial activities that involve organising large quantities of data, as at the strategic and decisional level by creating graphical representation of synthesised information. In the real world, spreadsheets are widely used by all kinds of companies. They are recongnized as essential tools.
When I start to organize my coupon websit, spreadsheets are useful tools for me to organize and record my data information. For example, when i start my company, i have to do some research to find what kinds of coupon are needed for most of my customers. I will use the excel sheet to record those research data and use the function on excel sheet to make a graph in order to compare all kinds of coupon are needed by SU students. After that, i will have a clear decision to make.
Moreover, i will do my budget on excel sheet as well. The spreadsheet will be one of my essential tools to run my company.

Week2-social media
My general entrepreneurship idea is to run a collecting coupon websit for SU students who need coupon. As we all know, a lots of students have living budget so that they want to purchase their food or somethings else with coupon in order to save money. I would like to be a coupon collector to provide coupon information to SU students. My purpose is to make students's live more convenient.
Social media is a really important part for my job. I will use all kind of media tools to collect coupon information, such as facebook, twitter, and so on. It is a easy and reliable way for me to do this job. Especially, i can follow SU campus twitter and get the bookstore or other campus stores' coupon information whenever i check my twitter or facebook.
On the hand, my clients will contact me by social media. We can talk on twitter or MSN. They will tell me what kinds of coupon they want recently and i will collect those kinds of coupon by searching internet. Basically, social media is the role to connect me and my clients.
